CSA Czech Airlines orders 8 A-320 Family aircraft

CSA Czech Airlines has purchased a further eight A-319 and completes an order of 20 Airbus single aisle aircraft.
Adding to this purchase, the airline holds another four A-320 Family planes on option.
The Czech airline has selected the A-320 Family to replace the older generation aircraft in its European fleet.
-Airbus forms a key element in the restructuring of our airline and with our ambitious plans for further development. A competitive aircraft fleet is an integral part of this plan- said Mr. Radomir Lasak, CSA Czech Airlines President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The airline is planning to use the new aircrafts to consolidate its services, specially in the Russia and eastern Europes routes and to open new routes.
